Collection: Adedamola Adebesin

Adedamola Adebesin started painting professionally in 2000; he considers himself an experimentalist.

Since early 2009, his work has evolved into creating conceptual nude figurative and portrait drawings, and paintings on canvas. Hand stencil texts, flower images, and traditional symbolic images have now become prominent in his works as he continues to use Graphite, Pastel, Charcoal, and stencil with acrylic to convey messages.
His artistic expression of nudity is a pure form of the aesthetic body - not erotic.  The nude body provides a vivid reminder of Harmony, Energy, Ecstacy, and Humility when we see the beautiful result of such embodiment in a nude artwork.
